Abstract
Indonesia as a developing country need foreign investors to improve its standard of living and in contributing the economic. There are many aspects foreign investment in the host countries. legal aspect of foreign investment specially about nationality regulation Indonesia, one of problem must serriously attention. The research has reveald. that Indonesian law does not regulate enough for protection foreign investors. There is no implementation legislation concerning nationality in the foreign invest- ment. It is also can be terribly hard in the legal enfor- cement and legal security, foreign investment.
