Abstract

The problem animal husbandry quail in IDT village,Kodya Padang is the less of supervising and less of information, especially what is the technocal way to hatchery quail. The aims of the field applied is to motivate the society, to make a group and to train the quailfarmers as well as to give the sampling. On the otherhand the use of field applied add the skill and income of farmers and to increase the health of villagers. To solve the above problem is done by giving informations and sampling as well as supervising to main staff or group of farmers. The main aim is purposed to the quail farmers and their group and the society. The method which is used is the persuasive method, communicative method, sampling and giving information method. The results of the program are : to raise up the attention of the village office staff, the change of individual principle and to merease the farmers technique and to organize the farmers group and to increase the skill of the farmers in doing their hetchery. The conclusion of the team is that hetchery Padang is very strategic and very ideal to make a farmquail business in addition the interest of the society is quite good, it is proved by the used of to increase the average %tase Hetchery Vucer Program 85%
