Abstract

KUHAP As the master piece of Indonesian people has stipalated several rights for the suspects on its articles, as the protection of human rights and the implementation of the most important principle in the criminal justice system: lhe presumption af innocence. This principle has required many other principles to support its implementation in the practise, such as the equality or arms and non-self incrimination.
