Abstract

It had been invertigated the pollutant of Pb on Chilli (Capsicunt antllttun L) on the road around Padang Luar by using the Atornic Absorption Spectrophotometric method. In this experiment the sample was dried, powdered and treated with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The absorptions oIthe resulted soh"rtion were measured at2l7 l-t tll . The results indicated that the highest pollution rate was 1.975 ppm r,vhich is nearly the sarne value allowed by to that of Dirjen POM, 2 ppm.
