Abstract

The experimen was conducted to study the respons of utylization of banana peels fermented in the duck ration. The treatmens ration were 7 levels of banana peels fermented (0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 %) in iso protein (18%) and iso calory (3000 kcal/kg ration ) The Duck were randomly to assign to experimental ration in completely randomized design (CDR) with 4 replication Result of this experiment showed that rations comsumption, average weight-gain, and rations convertion were not significantly affected (P> 0,05) by any treatments. ln conclution the treatmented banana peels could be included as much as 40% in the ration for duck.
