Abstract

customer satisfaction is a crucial variable in service marketing, cause customer whose satisfy could be a loyal customer. As a government bank, BNI could be provide a good performance to every customer. In order to give support to educational depatment, especially in financial problem in Andalas University, BNI has opened much service. BNI helped the student with launched student card that has much function like paid student fee, saving, saldo checking, and transfer money to other bank. BNI also help the lecturer and employee of Andalas University. BNI branch Limau Manis has one auto teller machine for customer who needs to take money in a short time and do not have a time to qui. This research try to measure customer satisfaction of BNI Limau Manis. Respondent are student from Economy faculty that have a connected with BNI
