Abstract

Economic faculty is one of the faculties in Andalas University where its intake student come from Senior High School. As one of education provider, Economics facultyhas to provide service to its student in order to conduct teaching and learning process. Student as consumer must able to identify what they want, what they need and how to perform as a student. One factor that influences consumer behavior is consumer attitude, which mean how the consumer thoughts about the product. This research want to answer some questions : 1) How is student's viewpoint about service provided by Economics Faculty, 2) Degree of stdent's belief in service attributes of Economics Faculty, 3) How student evaluate about performance of service attribute of Economic's Faculty Sample for this research was obtained by using Proportional Random Sampling Method with 100 samples. Attitude of all samples in this research is counted by using Fishben approach. Research found that 1) General attitude of all student toward service providing in Economic Faculty in relatively good with attitude score is 159,71. 2) Student belief to each attribute is between 3,23 to 3,99 or it mean in condition which are categorized into good enough to good. 3) Evaluation toward each attribute is range from 2,58 to 3,58 or can be categorized into good enough to good condition.
