Abstract
Tablet formulasi of furosenid Pvp solid sispersion system and biosbaliabiliti ebaluation have been studied. the solid dispersion were preparet by salbent method with several variation ratio furosemid pvp nemely 1;1, 1;3, 1;5,and 1;7. tablet preparation by using wbicel ph 101 as axiolent by direct camporession methot. Evaluation of bioavalability by using six volunteer with two ways cross over design and the lesix table were used as standard. the result showed markedlu the best tablets contained the solid dispersion furesemic pvp in ratio 1;1. Relative bioavailabil by of solid dispersion tablet is 107.69 %.
