Abstract
Poverty rate that high enough in local goverment or nagari is structurely caused by people’s disempowerment in accessing the capital. The small enterprise managed by people in Program Kredit Mikro Nagari in Cupak District Solok Residence need to be strengthened with empowerment program such as enterpreneurship training. The result of this training shows improvement in the people’s knowledge and skill that finally boost their motivation in running their enterprise. Keywords : poverty, empowerment, enterpreneurship
