Abstract

Nowdays, there’s too many people’s that still not understand about the importance of licence to build the buildings. Beside that, peoples still have the problems about how the way to get the licence, is: the buildings must have the certificate, eventually the most condition of the land is the Ulayat land that cannot be certificated. Because of that, we need to give the socialization to increase their care of law about the importance of the licence to build the building to get the surely of law and the regulation in order the building.
