Abstract
To present the governmental action in Nagari, we cannot obey that it’s will cause several disputes.Thats why, the government’s tool of Nagari must have a special skill to solve every problems that possible happen in Nagari and must understand the technique to do bargain. So thus, Nagari can solve their own problems faster.
