Abstract

Antique weave of Padai Sikek represent one of the properties of Indonesia culture coming from Kenagarian of Pandai Sikek and have been recognized by domestic and international. Considering antique weave of Pandai Sikek fulfill geographical indication element, hence one of the effort protection of law conducted in the form of registration of collective brand as arranged in UU Number 15 Year 2001 about Brand. With registration of this collective brand, hence by yuridis is formal of antique weave culture of new of Padai Sikek under the aegis of law.
