Abstract
Damages of heavy equipment can degrade reliability value. Reliability system has to be supported with reliability each component which forming the system. Reliability value machine represents measure of performance from a system. If machine often experience of damage hence needed an action preventive maintenance periodically. In this research determined reliability of drilling machine which consist of DM 1, DM 2, DM 3, TR 1 and TR 2 and also determination of preventive critical component replacement interval by using maintenance cost minimation model. Mathematical model which used in this research is Age Replacement model that is preventive replacement which relied on component age changed. From result of research got reliability value of drilling machine DM 3 is the lowest compared to DM 1, DM 2, TR 1 and TR 2 at the time t is equal to 360 hours machine. Reliability value of drilling machine DM 1 is 0.002, 6.98805E-08 for DM 2, 2.93973E-67 for DM 3, 9.21823E- 17 for TR 1 and 5.4027E-08 for the TR 2. Component with maximum replacement interval is o ring DM 1 that is equal to 272 week and component with minimum replacement interval is hose hydraulic pump that is 30 hours machine.
