Abstract

Human resource as one of the organizational supporter element, can be interpreted as organizational activator in realizing its exixtence. Exixtence that is given by human resource to organization can be seen from its performance. Management of human resource can be evaluated from some aspect among others from motivation aspect, ability and satisfaction of its. The aspects represent aspect believed as aspect influencing someone’s performance. Dr M. Djamil Public Center Hospital Padang represent peripatetic institution that give service of health, which one of the important element from this hospital is nurse. Important of her role of nurse caused by nurse’s duty oblige contact at longest with patient so that nurse performance have to be always improved. This research is conducted to know how relation among motivation, ability and job satisfaction to performance work of nurse. Used method that is analysis of linear regression. From research which is to be got that motivation, ability and satisfaction of job have an effect on significan to nurse performance where if motivation, ability and job satisfaction increase hence performance of nurse also increase.
