Abstract
The objecttve of thts research is to examine whether there are influences from managerial ownership to business decision making process. The business decision includes finarrctal decislon which is indicated by debt policy (capital structure), operational decision reflected in company's performance ard business declsion implted in company's value. The researeh obsentes in manufacturing comryny which had been listed in Indonesia Stack Exchonge. The dota are taken from tIrc finarutal reports from 2004 until 2006, The exan furation results in the fact thd there are no influences from managerial ownership to debt policies, company's performance and company's value.
