Abstract

the research to predict the structure of subsurface layer around the herbal study center (PSTO) of Andalas University has een done. The reserch use two dimension of resistivity geoelectrical method. Data is taken from survey result with Wenner-Schlumberger configuration measurement technique. Span of measurement area is 100 m with electrode space 2 m. the appliance used is auto Range resistivitymeter. Amout of datum point (data dot) needed is 381 dot as according the stacking chart. from (I) and (V) data and also geometry factor (K) calculated to pseudo resistivity price to the each data dot. processing and interpretation data its show the maximum dept is 15.8 meter which concist of tree layers, there are igneous layar depth of 0.5 m - 4.98 m sedimentary rock layer at depth of 4.98 - 6.45 m and freshwater at the dept of 6.45 -15.8 m.
