Abstract
The research aimed to analises financial ratio in predict manufacture company distress which listed in BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) 2003 to 2007 . By using distress prediction by (Altman, Logit Zavgren, Internal Growth Rate, Springate, dan Jeffrey S. Groever). Likuidity ratio, efisiensi ratio, profitability ratio, laverage ratio, and market ratio were used. The research do wiht no hipotesys approvement. And the sample taken from purposive sampling. The data taken from ICMD (Indonesia Capital Market Directory) as the manufacturing company periode 2003 to 2007 . The result of research indicated that only three of five ratio depicting distress of manufacturing company that taken as sample, that is likuidity ratio, profitability ratio, and leverage ratio. The distress prediction models wearied gave high accuracy storey level with the above mean result 80 %.
