Abstract

The Act 32/2004 as law device which regulate the concern of local election should be expected can create the delicate regulation of bribery and tend it provide the opportunity for people to involved in the practice of bribery both in the political party level and each stage of election due. The handling mechanism of bribery case in the criminal court system stayed refer to criminal law regulation (KUHAP) and utilized the law sanction stated on Act UU 32/2004 as guide of criminal punishment will be verdict to defendant. Three ways is compatible to be performed in order to prevent the bribery practice, through mechanism of report and audit of campaign fund of election directly, through supremacy of law, and organizing voters by voter its self.
