Abstract

The in vitro qiltwe of Centella asiatica with Plant Growth Regulator with different concentrations of Benzilaminopurin (BAP) and Naftaleneaceticacid (NAA) have been investigated. The potensial of the secondary metabolite triterpenoid production investigated. The purpose of this study firstly is to what consentration of BAP and NAA could increase the growth and secondary metabolite production of C. asiatica and to examine the secondary metabolite triterpenoid of C.asiatiea plant was gift some BAP and NAA consentration. This experiment were used the statistical RAL method with 9 treatment and 3 repetead experiment. Identifu Qualitatifly with Libermann-Buchard reagent. The result show the used of 2 ppm BAP and I ppm NAA gave the bigest average number of leaf, 1 ppm BAP and 0,5 NAA gave the bigest average number shoot , 2 ppm BAP and ,5 ppm NAA gave the bigest average number freshweight. More over for secondary metabolite of triterpenoid production with mahoni standar show is stronger orange colour Redish-puple with Liebermann-Buchard on 0,5 ppm NAA.
