Abstract

This study showed an evidence of the treatment of exposing 0.1% concentrated (subanesthetic) halothane air during an hour perday will cause on increase in the oxidization process of the liver tissues starting from the 1st week which then will cause the liver parenchyma disfunction and secretion system in the 2nd and 3rd week. In the 6th week and with the increase cel regeneration, increase the function body endurance system, example : increase antioxidant activity in the body and detoxificant function of the liver tissues. The liver disfunction in the 12th week will cause the increase in proteine synthetic system.
