Abstract

It has been obtained a qualitative analysis of several antiviral (acyclovir, inosiplex, idoxuridine and oseltamivir) and anticancer drugs (fluorouracil, metothrexate and cisplatine). The samples of this research were generic drugs in several dosage forms such as tablet, ophthalmic solution, capsule, injection solution and cream, which were obtained from several drug stores in Padang. Method used of this research was chemical reaction and spectrophotometer infrared. The research analysis by using chemical reaction was positive with its functional groups. Which in its micro crystal test, it obtained the result of different and specifies form of crystals. Instead, in spectrophotometer infrared analysis, it obtained specifies spectrum of drugs.+ Keywords : antivirus, antikanker, identifikasi
