Abstract

Anemia Prevalence at is adolescent of women in Indonesia still is high. Preventive effort and anaemia is which during the time done/conducted by libih addressed by many at pregnant mother group. Preventive effort of anaemia by quick at adolescent woman as mother caoln not yet getting many attention. Target of this research to see Fe supplement effect without and with worm drug to adolescent blood haemoglobin rate of women which is anaemia in Maisonette Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiah Kec IV Angkat Candung. Using to be designed by quasi experiment. Research Subjek is is adolescent of women which is anaemia (12 gr/dl), obtained by counted 112. Later then random to divide sampel group, that is each 28 adolescent of womens for the group of Fe supplementasi + worm drug and Fe supplementasi group. Fe given in the form of 60 iron elemental ing and 0,25 sour mg of folat, with dose Ix 1 day outside menstruation and 3x 1 day during menstruating. Worm drug given by before Fe supplementasi at treatment group, with single dose 125 pregnant mg of Pamoate Pyrantel Result of which is obtained from this research indicate that, Fe tablet supplementasi + worm drug and just Fe supplementasi during six week, can improve adolescent of womens Hb rate which is anemeia (p<0,005). The happening of make-up of Hb rate both of group that is Fe Hb rate supplement group mount mean equal to 2,8643 gr / Fe + worm drug supplement group and dl mount mean equal to 3,3593 gr / dl. In the reality difference of mean of is make-up of rate both of this group statistically do not signifikan ( p>0,05). Meaningless but not yet of course that the difference nor have a meaning to be looked into from its facet.
