Abstract
Leasing of airplane is a inventory suply activity that is airplane, which is used to a corporate body or flight agency, in a certain time, periodically payment completed by the franchise of, PT. Mepati Nusantara Airlines is a flight agency which suplies airplanes by leasing. A problem in leasing airplanes is about registration and Nationality of airplane it self. As stated in Chicago Convension 1944 and in UU No. 15/1992 about flight, Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) No. 45 and 47, each airplanes has one nationality, therefore if the airplane of PT. Merpati is gotten through leasing so the previous registration must be canceled, then it is registered in Indonesia. This research uses empiris normatif method, and the data is analyzed with particular stipulation.
