Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of the research is to get the picture of operational audit’s role in increasing the effectiveness of operational cost control at PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Solok. The method of research is used in this research is descriptive analysis, the method of research collect and present data with analysis that could give an explanation for the object of research. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the result of the research, we can conclude that the implementation of operational audit at PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Solok has been useful and effective in controlling operational cost. Keywords : operational audit, effectiveness, operational cost
