Image is one of important asset for a company. Company’s image formed by society. Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility programm is on effort from the company to create positive image in society.
This research is purpose to analyze the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility in UKM Empowerment and the image of PT Semen Padang. This research use S-O-R ( Stimulus- Organizm-Respons) theory. Stimulus concidering to Corporate Social Responsibility in UKM Empowerment. Then, organizm concidering to active and non active members of Mitra Binaan UKM PT Semen Padang. And response concidering to image of PT Semen Padang. This research use corelational methode that search relationship between a variable and other variable. In this research hypotesis use a formula Rank Corelation by Spearman. The sample technique in this research is the sampling total (for non active members of Mitra Binaan), where all of population became a sample, and random sampling technique (for active members of Mitra Binaan), where the sample take randomly.
Conclusion of this study shows that the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility in UKM Empowerment towards image of PT Semen Padang, with a correlation of 0,661 has a strong influence and significant.
