Everyone will be different issues, as well as how to deal with it. Bell (Hamzah, 2003: 29) suggests that, a situation is said to be a problem for a person if he is aware of the existence of the situation, acknowledging that the situation requires action and immediately be able to find the solution. The problem here is faced by women who have been LAID OFF from PT.RAPP sector moving the Central Nursery planting and they worked as labourers, Plantation is now out of a job again.
The purpose of this study was to describe how women in getting jobs and solve financial problems after the layoffs. Therefore, the benefits of this research are academically, this research can be expected to be beneficial to add insight to academic sociology of gender and sociology in particular can add land thought for those people who are engaged in the problems of women.
This research uses network theory, where Wellman Think that network in the context of Sociology is the interwoven bonds due to the social relationships that are created from the interaction between individuals and groups. The network is seen as a solution of the problems faced by women after the LAYOFF to regain his job and solve the financial problems of the family. Existence of network among fellow individuals and groups it will be the presence of a person's relation to finish problem. The method used is descriptive qualitative methods is to provide a detailed picture of a social problem that occurred. Selection of informants by means of Purposive Sampling (intentionally).
The results of research in solving a problem that a woman has a variety of ways to make daily life still goes on as usual while he was still working as plantation laborers in RAPP yesterday. Now they've worked as; sellers, vending vegetables, herbs, fried fish seller, seller, seller of ice umbrella and Tapper, and there was also active in women's organizations. The work obtained the help of back-help with family, relatives and friends of fellow working on RAPP.
