Abstract

Existence of Legistative could be effective if its able to reflected constituent intereits at every process decision making. Local Legislative (DPRD) as a Legislative insffiution in Localhas responsibility to develop communication incensivety with constituents to knowing issues and constituent problems. To elaborate its problems, writer try to describe how the communication paftem among Legislative and the costituent. As a case study, writer comparing communication pattern among Legistative and the constituent in another country like Bostwana, South Africa, United State, Sri Langka, Swedia and so on'
