Abstract

Determined the effect of Aluminium monomer and Aluminium polymer to root of paddy seedling by measured root elongation and viability by staining simultaneous with Fluorescein Diacetat-Propidium Iodida were exarnined. The Aluminium consentration solution treatments were ; absencetil,25 p}4,50 pM, 100 pM, 2OO p.M Al monomer and 25t pM 50 pM, 100 pM,200 pM Al polymer. All of Al consenrration treatments were inhibited root elongation exept at Al consentration 25 pM monomer. Rise Al consentration caused deacrease viability and increase damage of root. Al polymer caused lower roots viability and more roots damage than Al monomer
