Abstract

An increasing aging of evidence indicates that the anatomic functional organs is chemcially involved. Exogenic factors are the risk factor profiles which involved environment and socio-cultural factors. Furthermore newly developed specific endothelium antagonist will provide us with greater insight into the beneficial effects of restoring endothelium dysfunction in cardiovascular disease. A case geriatric patient has been presented that more than two diagnosis are noted. Few symptoms and Clinical signs in Geriatric Medicine are as confusing as confusion. Special attention should be given by holistic strategy. The consfutional factors for this case is Diabetes Mellitus suffered for 16 years by uncontrolled regularly and it is a long times for further complications likes atherosclerosis, chronic renal failure, hypertension, anerni4 and acute myocardial infarction.
