Abstract
The human resources experts agree that the business environmental change have changed various human resources changes. There had been many things a fringe benefit for example-wich less attention becomes the most influence challenges to the image of organization. Fringe benefit are an impotant part of compensation. Most are people has had opinion that the compensation is such a right that we are right to gain for what we have done but fringe benefit has improve continuously become enaugh part of compensation. This study observed fringe benefits distribution pattern in PT PLN Bukittinggi, PT Telkom Padang, PT Sement Padang and PT TBA Ombilin west Sumatera. The pattern mean is kinds of fringe benefits given by company based on ERISA concept the most influent factors in fringe benefit distribution and fringe benefits volume by employee. After being analyzed, the study shows that fringe benefits the are not completely based on ERISA concept, the most influencing factors in fringe benefits distribution in the case study depends on the kind of fringe benefits accepted by the employees. The factors mean in this study is education, training, working experience and leader ‘s motivation. Kata kunci : fringe benefits and ERISA concept
