Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate quality of fish silage meal (FsM) that was made by several methode. Fish used for silage was unconsumed fish. Submersion liquid of bamboo shoot ( BSL ) and old silage ( OS ) were used as inoculum sources. There were five treatments of silage methode and fish meal as control that was A: 85% Fresh fish + 10% (Saka/brown sugar) + 5% BSL. B: 85% Fresh fish + 10% (Saka/brown sugar) + 5% OS , C: 85% Steamed fish + 10% (sakar/browrn sugar) + 5% BSL. D: 85% Steamed fish + 10% (sakar/browrn sugar) + 5% OS. E : Fish meal/FM (as control) . The result ot the experiment showell that significantly different ( P>0.01) between FSM and FM on dry matter, organic matter and fat content . The crude protein content among the treatments was no different ( P<0.O5 ).
