Abstract

The background of this research is issue about the importance of qualified graduate and able to compete with another university graduates. As one of higher education components, Economics Faculty of Andalas University must reach that issue. Qualified university graduate depend on teaching and learning process which involves lecturer and students. The purpose of this research is to know quality of teaching & learning process meet the student’s expectation and student’s / customer importance . These research assets some aspects of quality dimension are Tangibles Empathy Reliability Responsiveness Assurance Result of research shows that student expectation. Can be categorized in very high and also their Communication, infrastructure and facilities for teaching & learning process. Satisfaction rate is in satisfactory category.
