Abstract
War is conflict that is often happened between states in world. War often generates a real bad impact for involving or not involving civil resident and military from the state having dispute. Some of them there are many victims which fall out and disregarded of their protection. This actually wasnot considered in the making of Geneve Convention 1949 on treatment and protection of prisoner of war. In treating prisoner of War, retainer state must always holds firmly to humanity principle.
