Abstract
The Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) 1992 and The Kyoto Protocol 1997, two International Laws which have been ratified by Indonesia laws, throush the Act No. 6, 1994 and the Act No. 17, 2004. Therefor these two regulations now become the formation of environmental laws of Indonesia.
