Abstract
This research entitles Hubungan Antara Sikap Mengenai Instruksi Walikota No. 451.422/Binsos-III/2005 tentang Kewajiban Berjilbab dengan Perilaku Memilih Masyarakat Non Muslim Dalam Pilkada Kota Padang Tahun 2008. The Background of this research is the prudence of government that determine about religious in society especially for non-Muslim, and it has relationship with the regional election in Padang. Fauzi Bahar as candidate incumbent, introduces the phenomenally prudence. The prudence determine about wearing the veil. The aim of this research is to analyze whether the prudence above give some impacts to the behaviours of non-Muslim communities in choosing on regional election.
