Abstract

The research was conducted to measurement of capability of phytase from Fusarium verticilliodes endophytic fungus to hydrolyses phytate phosphorus (P-phytate) in various feed such as rice bran, corn, soybean meal, coconut meal and broiler rations 511 in differences temperatures and pHs. The results showed that the phytase could hydrolyzed all the substrates and produced in organic phosphate. The highest in organic phosphate released was used rice bran following by soybean meal, rations 511, corn and coconut meal respectively. The time reaction of the enzyme significantly effected the in organic phosphate released, whereas the time 4.5 h was the optimal about 60.12 nmol/ml Pi released by rice bran. The optimal pH was 4-5 and temperature optimal was 55◦C. The enzyme is significantly more thermostable at 55◦C for 6.5 h, this may render it of industrial interest.
