Abstract
KUHAP as the master pieces of Indonesian people has stipulated several rights for the suspects on its articles, as the protection of human rights and the implementation of the most important principle in the criminal justice syistem. The presumption of innocence. This principle has required many other principles to support its impelentation in the practise, such as the equality or arms and non- self incrimination.
