Abstract

Condition of Environment take a importan part in determine the child health status. Based on (Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang) report (2004) family latrine, clean water, dismissal of waste water system and dismissal of rubbish system are not adequate get. Bungus Teluk Kabung district according to public. Health Service Town Field report (2005) is one of the District have and minim nutrition give bad effect for child. Teluk Kabung sub district is isolated area.. Target of research to study relation between environment and nutrition status balita health status and variable which give more effect. Research has done at Teluk Kabung sub district, Bungus Teluk Kabung district, Padang City, from 19 April until 16 may 2007. Population of Sampel conten 60 responder with housewife who has balita eule variable perceived the family condition, physical of house environment, availibility of status and food of gizi while variable tied is status health of balita. Analysis data contains compose three part of there are univariat analysis, bivariate analysis by using statistical test chi square and multivariat test with regresi logistics test by using program of SPSS 11,5. From the result of reseach can that environment condition and nutrition status have good relation with health status. The most influence variable is family condition.
