This study aims to find the capacity and quality of the census enumerators engine palm midrib and economic analysis of engine performance counters by using the palm midrib analysis Completely Randomized Design (CRD), research was conducted with a 1 time replacement pulleys in the input pulleys, pulleys with size of 4.5 and 2 inches respectively - masingnya made 3 replications, raw materials used per treatment is palm midrib. The implementation phase of the study is to choose its palm leaf midrib, the initial weighing, counting observation, data collection, data processing and analysis of final results. The results showed that the effective working capacity of the biggest is the pulley ratio 1: 1.33 is 529.27 kg / hr. While the ratio of pulleys 1: 1.3 is 447.47 kg / hr. While the quality of the percentage long enumeration cacahannya <50 mm in comparison pulleys 1: 1.33 is 93% and the ratio of pulleys 1: 3 was 89.3%. Enumeration of the principal cost ratio pulleys 1: 1.33 is Rp.30, 22/kg and comparison of pulleys 1: 3 is Rp.31, 78/kg. Keywords: palm bark, compost, Enumeration
