Abstract

Thera are so many unemployment in Indonesia, because of lack of work field. One of alternative which can be applied by Indonesia public is looks for work out country as Indonesia Labour (TKI) , because of this work assumed more promisingly to be able to get money and life that is competent. However many between the Indonesia Labour doesn’t conscious of the rights as Indonesia Labour. Recently by arises it problem TKI working abroad, increasingly adds problem burden labour in Indonesia. So much transgression befalling the labours abroad. And ironically, the case doesn’t sort desire of the job activity searchers in Indonesia to be Indonesia Labour. For the purpose its needs solution by socializing the law of TKI protection that they comprehend its the rights to as labour.
