Abstract

This articre is about the relationship between locar elit and people in a culture area caft serampeh.In Serampeh,there are a unique tradition about how they do their daily living, because of their environment and old tradition that never change. ln this article, we will find how they use e local law to protect the Kerinci seblat Reservation area.
