Abstract

In conductln$ the etnluadon the researclzers focus thelr attention on four aspects: (I) the process, Implementadon and goal attatnment of the IDT, (2) tts actual problems and solutlons, (3) vlrtuostU owned by the recelver groups (pokmas) and lts lnfluences to the attalnment, and (4) the soctal and economlc lmpacts of the IDT toward the group members. The researchers found that the domlnant problems dealt wlth the pokmas are related to the technlcal superulslon, buslness cholce and ulllage head's support. It also found that many superulsors were appotnted wlthout constdertnS theA hcapablltty to technlcal asslstartcy needs
