Abstract

A reserved-phase HPLC method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of pesticides residue in vegetable and fruit. Cypermethrin and permethrin were type of insecticides in cabbage which has been analyzed. The optimum condition of simultaneous determination of pesticides residue in the sample were the UV absorbance at 269 nm, the mobile phase consist of acetonitril : water (60;40 V/V) and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. the limit of detection of the method were 0,71 and 0,60 mg/L for cypermethrin and permethrin. The method were applied to determine residues of cypermethrin and permethrin from cabbage. The amount of pesticide in the sample was 2,08 mg/kg foe cypermethrin, while permethrin was not detectable. Relative standard deviation was 3,65 % for six (n=6) replications.
