Abstract

cobalt-60 irradiation with doses 3 and 6 KGy (0,3 and 0,6 Mrad) on fresh fish of Eutrynussp. can decrease the amins acid content up to?6.4ZVo Td 8.2 Vo, rcspegrively. The.decrease of the amino acids is caused by deamipgion reactioq carboxylation and hydrolysis of the proteins. The effects of this irradiation couses the decrease of amino acid histidine, argnin, asparagine, threonin, serin, glutamic, glycine, alanine,valine and leucine on 3 and 6 KGy doses and the increase amino acids, lysine, proline,6slhisnine, isoleucine and thyrosine, this happentsat dose of 3 KGy which later decrease to dose of 6 KGy.
