Abstract

Mutagenicity of antineoplastic alkylating of the nitrogen mustard (iphosphamide and chlorambucil) has been studied by Ames method using Salmonella typhimurium TA 97a, TA 98, TA 100 and TA 102 bacteria. The test for iphosphamide and chlorambucil with the addition of rat liver homogenate on S. typhimurium. TA 97a, TA 98, and TA 100. result showed that the two compounds had a positive effect.
