Abstract

The cellulolytic fungi belong to Deuteromycetes decomposing the litter and humus were identified from the litter and humus samples collecting Natural Reserve Batang Palupuh. The samples was taken by the purposive sampling method in nine location. Identification of fungi whose the tested on medium carboxymethylcellulose agar in the Laboratory of Microbiology and Mycology of Departement of Biology, Faculty of Mathematic and Natural Science, Andalas University. The result showed that there are twenty species of cellulolytic fungi, fourteen species belong to the family Moniliaceae, one species in the family Dematiaceae, and three species Tuberculariaceae belong to ordo Moniliales, and two species in the familiy agonomycetaceae in the ordo Agonomycetales.
