Abstract
Copper(Il) ion has been regenerated from rice husk by using hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and their mixtures. l0 mL of copper(Il) ion with the concentration of l0 mg/L was flowed into the column (l x l5 cm) packed with rice husk. The results shows that by using I mol/L nitric acid, regeneration efficiency of copper(ll) ion was 93.4Yo. The method has been applied to regenerate copper(ll) ion which was preconcentrated on rice husk.
