Abstract

Poverty level in Lima Puluh Kota Distric higher than province level meanwhile its poverty reduction lower than province level. Poverty reduction in Lima Puluh Kota required greater access of the poor to facilities and basic facilities like education (SLTP and SLTA), electrics, road and market. All facilities and basic facilities have negative relation with poverty level. From regression model are known two facilities and basic facilities that influence most signifikan to poverty reduction, that is permanent/semi permanent market and quality of road. Permanent/semi permanent market have biggest influence to reduce poverty to the overall of nagari and nagari with hilly topography. While for the plain nagari given by quality of road.
