Abstract

Tourism is one of the industrial form that develop today. Many other sectors involved in this industry, so all of the contries and some district of Indonesia try to mske tourism as the best product. The success of tourism become on income of a country, for example; Hawii, Thailand, Bali and Yogyakarta. Because of this, West Sumatra that has natural and cultural resource also develop it tourism. We hope that tourism can be one of the regional income.For this purpose, in developing tourism need to be carefully ond use the exactly planning in order to minimize the negative effect. People are ta be involved as subject and object, so they are ready to overcome the problem that happened in the tourism. Don't make the people as victims and out of their culture, just only few peoples who need regional ineome. It. Is proved that some countries have being victims of the developing tourism thqt does not have a good planning.
