Abstract
KUHAP As lhe master piece of Indonesian people has stipulated several rights for the suspects on its articles, as the protectiotn of human rights and the implementation of the most important principle in the criminal justice system: the presumtion of innocence. This principle has required many other principles to suppart its implementation in the practise, such as the equality or arms and non-self incrimination.
